Neue urbane Erlebnisr\u00e4ume entstehen durch die behutsame Verbindung von Tradition und Moderne: Der alte Gemeindebauleitplan war abgelaufen, S\u00fcdtirols Unternehmer sahen darin eine einmalige Chance, sich bei der Erstellung des neuen Bauleitplans aktiv einzubringen. Auf Anraten des damaligen Stadtrates f\u00fcr Urbanistik, Arch. Silvano Bassetti, gab der Unternehmerverband S\u00fcdtirol eine Studie zur strategischen Entwicklungschance in Auftrag. In Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmern, Urbanisten, Architekten und \u00d6konomen wurde ein ganzheitliches stadtplanerisches Konzept erarbeitet, bei dem wirtschaftliche, kulturelle und \u00f6kologische Faktoren einflie\u00dfen und sich in wechselseitigen Beziehungen zueinander befinden. Zu den erarbeiteten Themen, zukunftsf\u00e4hige Orte f\u00fcr Wohnen und Freizeit, Arbeiten, Bildung, mit Raum f\u00fcr Handel und Kultur, f\u00fcr Aufenthalt, Begegnung und Mobilit\u00e4t zu schaffen, bietet die Studie einen Ma\u00dfnahmenkatalog. Ebenso vielf\u00e4ltig und facettenreich, wie die k\u00fcnftige Entwicklung der Stadt.<\/p>\n

2700 km Stra\u00dfen muss der Stra\u00dfendienst der Landesverwaltung S\u00fcdtirol instand halten. Daf\u00fcr stehen strategisch g\u00fcnstig gelegene Stra\u00dfenst\u00fctzpunkte zur Verf\u00fcgung, die Depots f\u00fcr Streugut, Garagen f\u00fcr Winterstreufahrzeuge sowie teilweise B\u00fcros mit Nebenr\u00e4umen beherbergen. Aufmerksamkeit erregen, Identit\u00e4t zeigen: F\u00fcr die heterogenen Standorte w\u00fcnschte sich die Landesverwaltung ein einheitliches architektonisches Konzept mit hohem Wiedererkennungswert, Adaptierbarkeit an die unterschiedlichsten Situationen, Pr\u00e4gnanz und Klarheit, das r\u00e4umlichen und funktionalen Anspr\u00fcchen gerecht wird. Das Konzept soll bei der Realisierung von Neubauten sowie bei der Umstrukturierung von bestehenden Bauh\u00f6fen angewendet werden. So entstand die Corporate Architecture der heutigen Stra\u00dfenst\u00fctzpunkte, die aufgrund ihrer flexiblen Modulbauweise an die unterschiedlichen Situationen vor Ort angepasst werden kann. Die durchg\u00e4ngige Typik der Architektursprache mit hoher Pr\u00e4gnanz gew\u00e4hrleistet eine spontane Identifikation der Geb\u00e4ude als Stra\u00dfenst\u00fctzpunkt.<\/p>\n
