Der Gewerbepark Syncom ging als Siegerprojekt eines von einem privaten Unternehmer international ausgeschriebenen Planungswettbewerbes hervor. Das Grundkonzept des Geb\u00e4udes ist eine flexible und zugleich \u00fcbersichtliche Struktur, die die Ansiedlung verschiedener Betriebe erm\u00f6glicht. Eine klare gestalterische Unterteilung des Bauk\u00f6rpers macht die verschiedenen Bereiche bereits von au\u00dfen ablesbar. Der kompakte, st\u00fctzenfreie Sockel des Geb\u00e4udes, gebildet vom Erdgeschoss und dem ersten Obergeschoss, beherbergt die Gewerbebetriebe. Die einzelnen Ebenen werden nur durch Zwischenzonen mit Treppen und sanit\u00e4ren Anlagen unterteilt, die zugleich eine tragende Funktion \u00fcbernehmen. Das obere Geschoss ist f\u00fcr kleine LKWs \u00fcber eine Rampe erschlossen. Im dar\u00fcberliegenden dreigeschossigen, m\u00e4anderf\u00f6rmigen Bauk\u00f6rper befinden sich die terti\u00e4r genutzten Fl\u00e4chen und die Dienstwohnungen. Die gewundene Form gew\u00e4hrt den drei gemeinschaftlichen H\u00f6fen gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig Raum. Jedes der drei Treppenh\u00e4user ist in einer anderen kr\u00e4ftigen Farbe gestaltet und erlaubt mit verbl\u00fcffender Einfachheit eine \u00fcbersichtliche Orientierung.<\/p>\n
