Rettende Architektur, aus Beton gestampft: Mit dem Neubau des Zivilschutzzentrums Ritten haben Roland Baldi Architects ein gemeinsames Zuhause f\u00fcr die Feuerwehr, den Bergrettungsdienst und das Wei\u00dfe Kreuz gebaut, das kompetenz\u00fcbergreifend die Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr reibungslose Eins\u00e4tze schafft. Mit seiner kantigen, skulpturalen Form bildet das neue Zivilschutzzentrum Ritten einen zeitgen\u00f6ssischen Kontrast zur l\u00e4ndlichen, ortstypischen Architektursprache. Der als Klimahaus A gebaute, zweigeschossige Bauk\u00f6rper wurde in den nat\u00fcrlichen Gel\u00e4ndeverlauf integriert und kommuniziert \u00fcber den nach Norden orientierten Eingangsbereich mit der dort verlaufenden Hauptstra\u00dfe und der dahinterliegenden Wohnbauzone. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil des Volumens jedoch wurde in einem kompakten Bauk\u00f6rper unterhalb des Parkplatzes angeordnet. Dank der Fassade aus Stampfbeton und seiner r\u00f6tlichen Farbe, die jener der ber\u00fchmten Rittner Erdpyramiden entlehnt wurde, passt sich das Zivilschutzzentrum perfekt der landschaftlich beeindruckenden Kulisse an.<\/p>\n
