Bed\u00fcrfnisorientiert sch\u00f6ner Werken<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Werkst\u00e4ttentrakt des Sozialzentrums Trayah in Bruneck sollte umgebaut und erweitert werden. Wir haben das bestehende Geb\u00e4ude bis zur Oberkante der Erdgeschossdecke abgebrochen und um zwei neue Geschosse erweitert. Das neue Volumen wurde in Leicht- bzw. Holzbauweise im Klimahaus-Standard A realisiert, das leicht modifizierte und verdrehte Walmdach greift die Sprache des Bestandes auf und verbindet ihn. Die umlaufenden, teilweise \u00fcber Eck verlaufenden Fensterb\u00e4nder, die einheitliche \u00e4u\u00dfere Textur der Fassade sowie die au\u00dfenliegende Treppe verleihen dem neuen Werkst\u00e4ttentrakt eine von weitem ablesbare Identit\u00e4t.\u00a0 \u00a0 Da in den Arbeits- und Therapier\u00e4umen vielf\u00e4ltige T\u00e4tigkeiten ausgef\u00fchrt werden, und die Nutzer:innen besondere Bed\u00fcrfnisse haben, wurde auch auf die Innenausstattung besonderer Wert gelegt. So ist eine attraktive und moderne Arbeitsst\u00e4tte entstanden, in der Menschen mit Beeintr\u00e4chtigung ab sofort bed\u00fcrfnisorientiert sch\u00f6ner Werken.<\/p>\n
