Gr\u00fcner Monolith aus D\u00e4mmbeton: Das Zivilschutzzentrum in Eyrs (Gemeinde Laas, S\u00fcdtirol, Italien) \u00fcbersetzt den Einsatzalltag der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr in eine monolithische Skulptur. Aus der H\u00f6henstaffelung zwischen eingeschossiger Fahrzeughalle und zweigeschossigem Mannschaftsbereich entwickelt sich das geneigte Dach samt markantem Schlauchturm. Die R\u00e4ume organisieren sich \u00fcber drei Ebenen: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Fahrzeughalle, Umkleiden, Kommando- und Bereitschaftsraum, im Obergeschoss K\u00fcche und Schulungssaal, im Untergeschoss Technik- und Lagerr\u00e4ume. Pr\u00e4gendes Element ist der gr\u00fcne D\u00e4mmbeton, der Tragf\u00e4higkeit mit Isolierung vereint sowie durch Langlebigkeit, Nichtbrennbarkeit und vollst\u00e4ndige Recyclebarkeit \u00fcberzeugt. Bewusst bricht das Gr\u00fcn mit der grau-wei\u00df-beigen Farbtypologie des Dorfes und sucht den Dialog mit der Landschaft. Je nach Sonnenstand changiert der Bauk\u00f6rper zwischen skulpturalem Solit\u00e4r und dem Verschmelzen mit den bewaldeten H\u00e4ngen. Die gr\u00fcne Tonalit\u00e4t bestimmt ebenso das Interieur, wo Betonw\u00e4nde, Harzb\u00f6den und M\u00f6belbeschichtungen die monochrome \u00c4sthetik fortsetzen. Eine zukunftsf\u00e4hige Infrastruktur f\u00fcr die Freiwillige Feuerwehr und ein architektonisches Statement, das vor allem eines ist: immer einsatzbereit.
