The project envisions an inclusive residential district shaped by landscape, community, and the adaptive reuse of the existing barracks. A wide range of housing typologies for all generations, a generous forest belt with community gardens, and a fully walkable and bike-friendly mobility network form the basis of a climate-responsive timber development with high-quality, flexible public spaces.
