The transition from the single-storey vehicle bay to the two storey crew facilities gives rise to the building\u2019s distinctive sloping roof and prominent hose tower. The spaces are organised across three levels, from the vehicle bay and changing facilities on the ground floor, through the kitchen and training room on the upper floor, to the technical infrastructure and storage areas in the basement. Green-pigmented insulating concrete combines structural performance with thermal insulation while offering durability, non-combustibility and full recyclability. The monochromatic colour palette, which extends throughout the interior, gives the building a strong identity \u2013 at times a sculptural landmark, at others seamlessly merging with the surrounding landscape, yet always ready.\r\n
