Roland Baldi Architects, Gruppe Gut und Heike Linster wurden vom Callwey-Verlag f\u00fcr ihr Projekt ITALIA & AMORE Ristorante | Mercato | Enoteca in der Bozner Silbergasse im Bereich Restaurants ausgezeichnet und wird im neuen Jahrbuch \u201eDie sch\u00f6nsten Restaurants & Bars 2020\u201c pr\u00e4sentiert. Mit dem Award und dem Jahrbuch wird die Vorreiterrolle der Gastronomie anerkannt, wenn es um Architektur, Design, Trends und Wohlfu\u0308hlatmospha\u0308re geht, denn Design und Ambiente stellen einen immer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Faktor im Rahmen eines gastronomischen Gesamtkonzepts dar.<\/p>\n

Der R&B-Award ist die erste Gastronomie-Auszeichnung im deutschsprachigen Raum mit Schwerpunkt Interior Design . Zum einen w\u00fcrdigt sie die besondere Verantwortung von Architekten und Designern, die beim Bau neuer Restaurants und Bars immer wieder vor die Herausforderung gestellt werden, R\u00e4umlichkeiten zu gestalten, die \u00e4sthetisch sch\u00f6n, attraktiv und einladend sind und zu- gleich den funktionalen Anforderungen eines Gastro-Betriebs gerecht werden. Zum anderen gilt die Auszeichnung auch den Bauherren, die sich durch Mut zu Investitionen auszeichnen, Designtrends aufgreifen und interpretieren, und mit der Gestaltung ihrer Gastr\u00e4ume nicht selten gar zu Trendsettern werden.<\/p>\n
