Per ricavare un ulteriore alloggio e risanare l’esistente, il precedente tetto a padiglione \u00e8 stato rimosso e sostituito con uno a due falde. Intagli all’interno delle falde del tetto hanno consentito di ricavare delle terrazze, che insieme alle grandi superfici finestrate sui fronti lasciano che la luce inondi l’appartamento e allo stesso tempo aprono delle splendide vedute verso la Mendola e la valle dell’Adige. Le richieste da parte del committente e del comune (rivestimento con tegole, sporgenza delle falde, copertura dei balconi) hanno condotto a una forma alquanto singolare del tetto, che \u00e8 quella che conferisce il carattere individuale all’edificio. La facciata grigio chiaro si inserisce senza spiccare all’interno del contesto. Il motivo tradizionale delle cornici di finestra dipinte \u00e8 stato volutamente ripreso per farle apparire otticamente pi\u00f9 grandi e ridurre il carattere di ermeticit\u00e0 dell’edificio.
