Situato sul margine sud di via Einstein a Bolzano, il cantiere stradale provinciale segna il limite dell\u2019attuale zona produttiva posta ad est. L\u2019accesso carrabile \u00e8 sottolineato dal corpo di fabbrica a tre piani degli uffici, che prosegue in quello pi\u00f9 basso delle rimesse ed officine, poste tutte lungo via Einstein. Parallelamente a questo, pi\u00f9 a sud segue un ulteriore blocco di autorimesse con annessi spogliatoi, spazi di soggiorno e aree di deposito coperte. L\u2019involucro dell\u2019edificio \u00e8 rivestito di pannelli metallici a sandwich di color antracite; gli intagli di color arancione, specie gli imbotti delle finestre, creano un vivace contrasto. Ne \u00e8 nato un edificio, che, grazie alla composizione volumetrica articolata, nata dalle diverse esigenze funzionali, si distingue dai soliti blocchi monotoni degli edifici produttivi.
