Il concetto di fondo dell’edificio \u00e8 rappresentato da una struttura flessibile e allo stesso tempo facilmente comprensibile, che permette l’insediamento di diverse aziende. Una definizione formale chiara del corpo di fabbrica permette di individuare gi\u00e0 dall’esterno i diversi ambiti. Lo zoccolo compatto, privo di pilastri, formato dal piano terra e dal primo piano, ospita le aziende artigianali e produttive. I diversi livelli sono collegati da zone di distribuzione, con scale e servizi igienici, che allo stesso tempo assumono anche funzione di nuclei portanti. Il piano superiore \u00e8 accessibile ai furgoni grazie ad una rampa carrabile. Nella porzione sovrastante, costituita da un corpo a tre piani di forma a meandro, si trovano gli uffici e gli appartamenti di servizio. La forma ritorta a meandro definisce lo spazio di tre ampie corti. Ciascuno dei tre nuclei scale \u00e8 caratterizzato da un diverso colore vivace, rendendo sorprendentemente facile l’orientamento all’interno del grande
