Il progetto prevedeva il risanamento e l\u2019ampliamento di una porzione dell\u2019agglomerato urbano di edifici spezzettati che d\u00e0 su via Conciapelli, il cui tratto distintivo \u00e8 l\u2019eterogeneit\u00e0 dei singoli edifici, compreso un rudere. Il corpo di fabbrica con tetto a falda affacciante sul vicolo \u00e8 stato svuotato e la facciata risanata. Il rudere \u00e8 stato reinterpretato sostituendolo con un volume dalle identiche dimensioni, ma che lo reinterpreta nel linguaggio architettonico. L\u2019edificio adiacente che d\u00e0 sul cortile interno, cos\u00ec come la porzione centrale del blocco di edifici sono stati soprelevati di due piani. I diversi corpi di fabbrica terminano superiormente in un complesso di falde multiforme. Coll\u2019intervento si \u00e8 dato spazio ad appartamenti, una galleria ed un atelier d\u2019arte.
